Foliage plants make great companions and are a breath of fresh air in the home – quite literally! They increase the amount of oxygen in a room by filtering out pollutants. Our collection of trendy green plants is ideal for interior decorating and can transform the look and atmosphere of any room as much as a piece of furniture. They’re all very easy to look after and will continue to grow for many years.
There are two size options:
Medium plants are grown in 12cm pots and measure up to 30cm on arrival
Large plants are grown in 17cm pots and measure up to 60cm on arrival
Each collection comprises varieties selected at random and may include, but is not limited to the following species:
Dracaena fragrans (Dragon Tree) – Popular for its glossy, handsome leaves and stocky upright stem. Thrives in bright light, away from the direct glare of the sun, but is equally happy in shade.
Dracaena marginata (Madagascar Dragon Tree) – Slender green leaves with a narrow red-purple edge. Enjoys a position in light shade.
Chamaedorea elegans (Parlour Palm) – A beautiful Palm with elegant light green foliage and a compact, slow growth habit. Prefers a bright position with a little sun during part of the day.
Ficus elastica (Indian Rubber Plant) – A popular ornamental plant with stiff, leathery leaves. Perfect for a bright room, but copes extremely well with a more shaded position.
Dieffenbachia (Dumb Cane) – Beautiful variegated foliage that will brighten up a dull corner. Position in indirect bright light.
Codiaeum (Croton) – The waxy leaves are a myriad of spectacular colours – each one unique. Provide good bright light but avoid really hot direct sunlight.
String of Hearts – With silvery, heart-shaped foliage, Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii makes a pretty house plant for a lightly-shaded spot. This one has been carefully trained onto a wire hoop. Perfect for creating an elegant focal point on a windowsill or as a table centrepiece!
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.
