An entire orchard on just one tree! Family fruit trees have three different varieties grafted onto one stem, which will pollinate each other and crop at different times to extend the picking season. Perfect for the smaller garden with room for only one tree; and even suited to growing in a large patio container (holding at least 30 litres of compost). Each variety will be a popular pear – we can’t say exactly which varieties will be included at the time of ordering, but their exact names will be revealed on delivery! Height and spread if not containerised: 3m (10′).
- Pear and Quince rootstocks:
- Quince C/ Quince Eline/ Quince Adams – Dwarf reaching a mature height of up to 2.5-3m (8-10′)
- Quince A – Semi vigorous reaching a mature height of up to 3m (10′) to 4m (13′)
This variety is self-fertile and does not require a pollination partner.
