Lonicera Kamtschatica ‘Balalaika’

Grow your own Honeyberries on the patio! Lonicera kamtschatica ‘Balalaika’ is a compact cultivar reaching just 1m (3′) tall – perfect for growing in large containers. The fragrant creamy yellow spring blooms are succeeded by good crops of oval blue berries with a lovely sweet flavour, and packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Eat them straight from the bush, or bake them in pies and cakes. Honeyberries are self fertile but planting them in close proximity to one another will improve pollination and increase your crop of tasty fruits. Height and spread: 100cm (39″).
