Dischidia nummularia (String of Nickels) – A pretty succulent with long, tumbling strands threaded with thick, disc-like foliage.
Epipremnum aureum (Devils Ivy) – long stems cloaked in luxuriant, glossy foliage patterned with irregular golden streaks. A tough plant that doesn’t mind if you forget to water it now and again! Height: 150cm (59″). Spread: 250cm (98″).
Hedera helix ‘Wonder’– long, elegantly trailing stems clothed with slightly ruffled foliage, this vigorous plant will dress dark corners with lush greenery where other houseplants fail.
Humata tyermannii – lovely fern with lacey, deep green foliage elegantly held on long airy stems. Below are hairy silver rhizomes which curl over the pot like furry feet, hence its common names of White Rabbit’s Foot and Bear’s Paw Fern. Maximum Height: 30cm (12”). Spread: 50cm (20”).
Microsorum diversifolium -an exuberant mound of cascading, emerald green, glossy fronds with wavy edges and bold, black-ribbed veins. Unusually, the fronds develop a variety of leaf shapes, some are handsomely lobed whilst others remain entire. Height and spread: 50cm (20”).
Pilea glaucophylla – cute trailing plant forming a cushiony mound composed of hundreds of tiny leaves on delicate reddish strings. The dainty, disc-like leaves shimmer in the light as they tumble prettily over its hanging pot. Position: Bright, indirect light. Maximum Height: 20cm (8”). Spread: 50cm (20”).
Scindapsus pictus ‘Trebie’ – an elegant trailing houseplant whose thick, heart-shaped leaves boast a beautiful pattern of silver variegation.
Tradescantia fluminensis ‘Quadricolor’ – this Four-coloured Spiderwort is a gorgeous tumble of small leaves decorated with cream, green and pink flushed stripes with iridescent purple undersides. The patterned leaves aren’t the whole show as ‘Quadricolor’ also bears flushes of small, white three-petalled flowers.
Tradescantia zebrina ‘Purpusii’ – Zigzagging fleshy stems with elegantly pointed leaves striped in olive green and shimmering silver with pink flushes, the foliage twisting to reveal glowing violet undersides. Each leaf shimmers in the light as though dusted with glitter. Cascades of tiny white flowers. Height: 15cm (6in). Spread: 30cm (12in)
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
