Blueberry Duo

This duo of blueberries is the perfect pairing to provide the most abundant yields. Planting more than one variety allows cross-pollination and ensures the heaviest crops. Blueberry ‘Patriot’ is a first class, early season variety, providing the first harvests of large, flavoursome berries in July, seamlessly followed by Blueberry ‘Goldtraube’ – a well-established cultivar which crops in late July to August. Both not only provide fruit, but are also highly ornamental shrubs, with white, sweetly-scented bell-shaped flowers in spring which are attractive to pollinators followed by fiery autumn foliage.
